Last Friday I went and saw Across the Universe with my boyfriend Josh. He had told me a little bit about it before we went but my basic background of the movie was the soundtrack which I already liked. The soundtrack for the movie is completely based on Beatles songs that are all redone and sung by the characters in the movie. While I must admit the Pg-13 rating for the movie is appropriate for some mild nudity and drug use the movie as a whole is one of the most incredible movies I've seen. I burned the soundtrack from Josh last night and I can't stop listening. I'm obsessed. He told me I would be, and I am. :)
If you haven't seen it, it's showing in some dollar theaters or it is being released on DVD on February 5th!

Hey,
I heard about this movie and wanted to see it. Was it really great? I guess we will have to check it out when it hits DVD. Crazy stuff about heath ledger? Anyway, have a great day :)

Yeah, I'm not sure how to tell people about it. The movie is absolutely insane. It's normal then it gets really weird for the middle and then normal again, but if anything, check out the soundtrack! amazing!
